Candidates will be screened in the interview process based on the criteria filled out in your intake form.
We do not interview candidates if:
they were auto-rejected due to one of your Application Qualification screener questions
their “Interested” status is marked “No” or “X” in your Indeed for Employer dashboard before the interview invite is sent. We send interview invites the morning after the candidate’s application.
How do you conduct the interviews?
Interviews are conducted using our virtual interview platform. Our team of experienced evaluators will perform the virtual interview, and after each completed interview, we will share the full recording with you.
What makes a candidate unqualified?
Any recommendations our evaluators make are based on the intake form you fill out. We also take into consideration the rubric you fill out and any other information you provide us during your onboarding call.
Where are candidates applying from?
Our team will reach out to candidates who have applied through your Indeed hosted job post. We currently do not support interviewing candidates that have applied from other sources.
What questions do you ask?
We’ve created an interview template to surface candidate information on work history, experience, motivation, job fit, and grit to give you the best information possible to make an informed decision. Questions can be adjusted based on the intake form you completed, information given in the screener question, and the additional guidelines section.
Can I choose who you invite to interview?
Currently, we will invite candidates to interview that have not been rejected within 24 hours after applying. You can reject candidates in this time window, or you can set up “Application Qualifications” for your job to automatically reject candidates for you.
How will I inform Indeed on what to look for in a candidate?
During the sign up process you will fill out an interview rubric, detailing which characteristics and competencies are most important for the role. On the onboarding call you can provide further detail and specifics on what you're looking for in a candidate.

Why aren’t my jobs appearing in the intake form?
Make sure that the job you’d like to submit has a status set to “Open” in your employer dashboard. Paused or closed jobs will not be displayed.
How do I cancel service?
Service may be cancelled at any time. First, pause or close the job post, to stop any further applications being sent over. Next, send an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to cancel. In the email include whether or not you’d like us to conduct the remaining scheduled interviews or cancel them.
How long will Indeed work on my job opening?
We will work on the open role until the maximum number of interviews on your insertion order are completed, or until you’ve requested to cancel service.
